Our readings, rituals, and writings are intuitive and interpretive in nature. They are meant to guide, not to govern. We do not deal in guarantees, nor do we presume to dictate your path. What you do with our offerings — the choices you make, the shifts you allow — remains solely in your domain. We are not responsible for actions taken based on our work.

Age Requirement: 18+ Only

By engaging with our services, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal consent in your region). We do not offer services to minors. Witchcraft is not a child’s plaything, and our work is not for the unready.

Confidentiality is Sacred

All personal information, stories, and session content shared with Gloam + Pestle remains confidential. We may speak broadly about ritual themes in our writings, but your specific path and name remain yours alone. What is shared in trust, stays in trust.

No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

We are not doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors. Our work may support your spiritual or emotional well-being, but it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial guidance. Seek licensed counsel where needed — the unseen and the empirical both hold power.

In accordance with legal standards, we must state: all tarot readings, spellwork, and metaphysical services are provided for entertainment purposes only. No outcomes are guaranteed. The mystical is not a promise; it is a process.

File Access & Digital Content

Session recordings (audio or video) and downloadable materials are available for 30 days post-purchase. After that, they dissolve into the ether. Please save and store your files accordingly; we do not offer long-term archiving or retrieval.

All digital items (ritual kits, PDF grimoires, downloadable classes) are final sale and non-refundable. Instant access means the energy is already in motion.

No Refunds — Our Work is Devotional

Because our offerings are ritual-based and often begin the moment you order, we do not offer refunds. Whether or not you resonate with the outcome, the work is done in earnest. We do not edit our insights to fit expectations — we speak what we see.

Timing of Services

Please allow 3–5 business days for standard services. Custom spellwork and seasonal readings may require more time (up to 10 business days). The ritual clock does not tick like a courier's watch. All work is done by hand, by heart, and in rhythm with sacred timing.

Our sessions are private. Public sharing of readings or spellwork content without permission disrupts the energetic container and disrespects the sanctity of the work. If you feel moved to share, ask first.

Boundaries Are Sacred

We operate on Pacific Standard Time between the hours of 8 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend appointments are limited and must be arranged in advance. We honor rest as a form of ritual.
