Many of our offerings are custom-crafted, ritually blessed, charged, or aligned to the individual buyer. Because of this sacred process, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on:

  • Custom ritual work

  • Blessed or charged items

  • Handmade offerings

  • Digital downloads (grimoire pages, workshops, guides)

  • Readings or spiritual services

Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order. Once payment is complete, the spell is cast, the process begins — and the energy moves forward.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds due to:

  • Disliking the message of a reading

  • Expecting different results from spellwork

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Misreading product descriptions

Our work is not transactional — it’s devotional. We do not edit outcomes to fit comfort.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our [Shipping Policy] for next steps. While we are not responsible for damage incurred during transit, we will help guide you through the USPS insurance claim process where applicable.

Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All digital content is delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately and cannot be revoked, no refunds are offered for downloadable content.
