Every order from Gloam + Pestle is prepared with intention, wrapped in reverence, and sent on its way with care. Below you’ll find the cadence and conditions that guide our shipping practices.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are a small, handcrafted operation focused on serving our local and domestic coven first. We hope to expand our reach in time, but for now, we only ship within the United States.

Carriers & Insurance

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
USPS Priority Mail shipments are automatically insured up to $50. This insurance is provided by the carrier, and any claims for loss or damage must be filed through them.

Processing + Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.
We ship once per week — every Wednesday.

If your order is placed after our weekly cutoff, it will ship the following Wednesday. This pacing allows us to work with care and intention, and to tend each parcel as part of our ritual practice.

⟡ You’ll receive a tracking email when your shipping label is created — however, this does not mean the item has been dropped off yet. That will happen on the scheduled Wednesday.

⟡ If you haven’t received tracking info, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Delays, Damages, and Lost Packages

Once a package leaves our hands and enters the postal stream, Gloam + Pestle is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit. We wish we could charm the mail system, but some things are beyond even our workings.

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Save all packaging and items as they arrived.

  2. Photograph everything — damage, box, label.

  3. File a claim directly with USPS using their insured mail process.

  4. Contact us if you need additional information for your claim.

We are happy to support your process, but we cannot replace or refund items damaged by USPS.
